optimise their route in traffic.

When finished the engineer updates his PDA giving you real-time service call detail and Cosmos up to the

minute stock management information.

Cosmos ensures each engineer carries with them a stock of high-mortality parts in order to maintain

an average first time fix rate of three hours.
